Shipping

We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. For domestic customers, USPS First Class Mail should arrive between 3 to 7 days. For orders with 4 items or more, they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2 to 4 days.

Insufficient or incorrect shipping address such as street address, city, state/province, ZIP or postal code will not be refunded. If parcel is returned the parcel will be sent to the correct address provided. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All packages are giving tracking numbers (this can be retrieved in your store accounts order history). If a package is marked as delivered and the package is not received a store credit will be applied and a refund will not be issued. Furthermore, US Postal Inspectors will be contacted on your behalf for any stolen packages.

If you choose FEDEX Shipping then usually we ship within 24 hours of all the FEDEX order and it takes 3-5 business days to Deliver the order on your door. You will receive tracking confirmation within 24 hours so you can keep track of your package.
